This guide was originally created by publishing it as individual tiny “newspapers” twice a month. When placed in a binder, these individual papers make up a collection of topics that form a complete, compact, preparedness guide that fits into a 9″ X 7″ binder. Here, the pages have been reformatted so that you can either read them on line or print them out to create a physical copy that you can keep with your emergency supplies as a reference. I personally recommend printing the guide out so that you will have it even if the Internet is down or there is no electricity.
If you choose to print the guide, you can print it on the colors in the table of contents (so print that first) making it easy to locate monthly topics. Alternatively, you can tab the sections with colored tabs if you choose. Print each page and fold the pages in half so the printing is on the outside. Next, punch the pages on the open side (not fold) to fit the 9″ X 7″ binder.
