There are many things that could be written about earthquakes. I have personally been to more than one event focusing on earthquake preparedness. The topic is often something frightening to people and sometimes it is the only thing people can imagine preparing for in an emergency situation. An earthquake is certainly not the only reason to prepare. However, many people also do not really know what to do in the event of an earthquake.
